Your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how it is used, and how we protect it. By using this App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our App, we may collect limited technical data to ensure a smooth experience:

(a) Device Information

Device model (e.g., iPhone 15)

Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18)

System language setting

(b) Technical Identifiers

Anonymous device identifiers used only for diagnostics and app stability analysis.

Facial images are processed only when you actively use AI features (such as age transformation).

We do not extract or store biometric data (such as faceprints).

Uploaded photos are used solely for real-time AI processing and are deleted immediately after completion.

2. How We Use Information

App Optimization: Device and diagnostic data help us improve performance and resolve crashes. These records are stored anonymously for up to 90 days.

Facial Image Processing: Photos you choose to upload are used only to generate the requested AI effects (e.g., age change).

Data is transmitted securely.

Images are automatically deleted from all servers within seconds after processing.

3. Facial Data Processing Procedure

a) Data Flow:

You select and upload a photo.

The image is encrypted and transmitted to Baidu AI for processing.

The AI model generates your requested result.

The processed result is returned to your device.

Both the original and processed images are immediately deleted from Baidu’s servers.

b) Data Retention & Compliance:

No facial data is stored or reused.

We share data only with Baidu AI for real-time computation; no other third parties receive facial data.

Baidu’s policy states that all facial data is deleted within 5 seconds of task completion and complies with GDPR and CCPA standards.

c) Local Storage:

Processed results are stored only on your device (in your in-app gallery).

You can delete them at any time via Settings > Clear History, or by uninstalling the App.

4. Data Security

We implement advanced technical and administrative safeguards, including:

HTTPS transmission secured by TLS 1.2+

AES-256 encryption for stored data

ISO 27001–certified infrastructure (via Baidu Cloud)

These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following service providers solely to deliver technical functionality:

Baidu AI — Facial image processing and rendering

Firebase (Google LLC) — Anonymous crash analytics

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may:

Request access to or deletion of your personal data

Withdraw consent by disabling AI features

Request deletion of all in-app history
